Stocking:
Everything is in stock.

Shipment Default From General Hongkong(3-9 Business days) Fast than International Mail 30 days.
But Oversea Warehouse Priority Service Available with Standard Register Mail In Every Country, keep delivery within 4-6 business days or even faster.

For Example: You live in Australia, and you Purchase an item with "iPhone 14 Charger" and Stocking show available in Melbourne warehouse, we will from it from there, conversely will ship from Hongkong.


Order Process with in 2 Business Days.( During this time,you can change color model name or cancel orders, but if we have fulfill the order,you canot apply anything)

Wrong order did, and we have fulfill the tracking, you need to signature the parcel and send it back to us, and get replacement or refunds. If you get wrong order from us, we will refund the shipping cost ($6.85),and send the reship parcel within 24 hours.

If an item is unavailable to ship within few days an email will be sent to notify the customer and a refund can be given.
Bigger order over 20pcs, we will ship by Express DHL/Fedex/UPS from hongkong and delivery within 3-5 business days.

Geniuslambs will make all reasonable efforts to have the parcel delivered to the Customer or its designated agent as agreed between the parties pursuant to the Order on or before the estimated delivery date but Ultramarinetech.store shall not be liable for
1. any failure to deliver; or
2. delay in delivery for any reason; or
3. any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging; or except to the extent that such damage was caused by the negligent act or omission of Geniuslambs, including such damage to property caused upon entering premises to deliver the Goods.

The parties acknowledge that any delivery date prescribed under the order or Geniuslambs is an estimate of the expected delivery time and in any interpretation is not a guaranteed delivery time.

In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please contact us Inbox or Email. If your order has taken longer than 30 days and has been lost by postal we will issue a refund or ship a replacement.
Australia Post require 28 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.


Noticed:
1.Your item will by dispatched to the address used at check out.
2.We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
3.We are not responsible for items you forget to collect it in time from Australia Post. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re posting.
